Printing problem

Hi all,

I was working on a file on photoshop and it became so big so I saved it as jpg file.

I tried to print the new (jpg) file in sam's club (MY FIRST PRINT EVER) and had a problem with the file. It could only show me half the photo?
I tried to down size the photo but did not work.
Please help me figure out how to print it.
