Printers with Large Capacity Cartidges

Requirements

1. 11 x 17 (or larger)
2. Sub $1000
3. Good quality prints but I am not looking for outstanding as this is for a small business so I can show concepts that have been done in CAD.
4. And this is why I am posting. I detest the need with the standard ink jet printers to constantly replace cartidges. As opposed to a laser printer where I can print 1000
