Fear can be a powerful block to our health, happiness, success and well-being.
Whether it’s through anxiety, worry, panic, tension, nervousness, distrust, defensiveness, or uncertainty, everyone experiences fear. Even highly capable and successful people are often subtly manipulated by it unconsciously.
But underneath fear is a much more natural energy - the kind that already exists within each of us.
Courage. Fearlessness. Freedom.
Just touching this deeper energy can begin dissolving fear and all the thoughts and beliefs connected to it.
Which is why I’m sharing something special with you today.

As Hale explains, many fears are simply false evidence appearing real.
Even when fears seem justified, they are often blown far out of proportion to the actual situation. When we are afraid, we frequently lose touch with our natural discernment, clarity and intuitive knowing.
But when we begin recognizing fear as untrue, even for a moment, we immediately start becoming free from its hold.
And as you let go of fear, many things naturally begin opening up:
You feel more at home within ourselves and within life itself
You see solutions where before we only saw problems
You gain confidence handling life’s challenges
New possibilities begin appearing
You feel safer and more relaxed
The mind becomes quieter
One insight from Hale that I especially appreciate is how differently he approaches difficult emotions.
Instead of endlessly asking: “Why do I feel this way?”
He suggests asking: “How can I let this go?” or “How can I tap into my courage?”
Giving the mind a positive direction helps us move toward freedom instead of reinforcing the fear.
