We got a ton of messages from folks asking for another chance to change their subconscious patterns, so I’m reopening this for one more day before it goes back on the shelf at midnight tonight:
,
Think of the last small promise you made yourself.
More patience. An earlier night. Finally starting that workout routine. You made a commitment and you had every intention of sticking to it.
Then, partway through an ordinary day, the old pattern took over on its own. Before you got a chance to weigh in. Before you'd even noticed there was a choice to make.
That's not a willpower problem. And it's not a flaw in you.
You see, underneath the conscious part of you that plans and decides and wants change, there's a quieter part that keeps old habits and patterns running in the background.
The way you reach for your phone without choosing to. The foods you drift toward. The limiting beliefs that make you hesitate when opportunity comes knocking.
You didn't pick most of those patterns on purpose. They were set a long time ago, and they run on their own.
They’re the result of your subconscious at work. And willpower, for all its good intentions, just doesn't reach down there.
This is why hypnosis exists. Not the swinging-watch, cluck-like-a-chicken version. The real one. Hypnosis is simply an effective method to get a message down to the level where those default patterns are kept so you can gently change them.
But here’s the problem with hypnosis: it’s tough getting down there.
Our lives are loud and filled with distractions. Most people can't quiet their minds enough to reach the deeper states that allow hypnotherapy to really take hold.
